I specialise in 'Diversity Training' with a focus on issues of Race and Culture.

A good example of the kind of work I do in this area, for example, is a program called 'What is parenting?' which I designed for the Parent Gym.

I’ve also worked on racism issues with schools in the independent sector.

These trainings are well received by students from all different walks of life.

I also specialise in ‘Qualitative Research’ training.

In the U.K. I have taught at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, the Institute of Family Therapy, the Institute of Psychiatry, the Anna Freud Centre, Tavistock Relationships, Parent Gym and RELATE.  I also teach abroad at the University of Bergamo, where I am a Visiting Professor and at the Helm Stierlin Institute in Germany.

My colleague Gwyn Daniel and I developed an innovative online course to introduce students to systemic thinking called ‘Families and Beyond’ at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.

The course is now available via e-learning and we have students from all over the world.

You can watch the introductory video for the course on YouTube.
